Welcome to my official page! I’m an entrepreneur and a bit of jack of many trades. I studied Electrical Engineering at Utah State University, but took a break in 2003 when I was given an opportunity to work as a manager of operations for a warehousing and fulfillment company in Frederick, MD. I felt that an opportunity to help run a real world business was as important as my schooling.
I worked as an account manager for world famous clients that included The Discovery Channel, NatGeo, PMUSA and the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund. I also helped implement shipping efficiencies, integration of shipping systems to our inventory management system, sell new accounts, and expand operations to add 3 additional warehouses to accommodate growth.
Following this opportunity, Holly and I launched The Best Courier Service Ever, Inc in 2006 which offers rush delivery services and logistics for the Washington Metropolitan Area. In 2011 we merged our 10 person company with Trans Time Express a company with over 250 drivers. I currently manage trucking and van operations, handle the IT/phone systems at our headquarters, perform sales, inbound customer service, misc handyman services as well as occasional onsite vehicle repairs as needed. I’ve recently fallen in love with the Appalachian Trail and have taken quite an interest in the adventure of hiking sections the 2,190 mile trail. Click on the Outdoor section for everything related to the outdoors.
In 2014, I started That Auto Shop, a full service auto repair and maintenance shop. I sold the company in 2017 and the new owners are carrying on with serving the community with top quality customer service and repairs.
